The high traffic tower can hold 2 x 5 litre Jerry containers of sanitiser liquid. One Jerry container is connected to the spray pump mechanism, whilst the other Jerry container is stored on one of the storage shelves ready for later use.

Each five litre Jerry will last for 5000 sprays based on 1.0mL per spray, which is the WHO recommended standard.

We recommend you use 4 x Energizer Max Plus AA Alkaline batteries to ensure proper functioning and maximum longevity between battery changes. For even longer lasting power, you could also use Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries.

Using the above recommended batteries, the high traffic tower will last approximately 15,000 sprays before battery change is required.

To change the battery simply unlock the tower open the front door to access the pump mechanism, turn off the pump mechanism, remove the battery cover replace the batteries with new recommended batteries and refit the battery cover.

If the high traffic tower is failing to dispense sanitizer spray chances are the batteries may be flat. Unlock the front door open the tower and locate the on off switch on the pump mechanism. Turn the pump off then back on. If the red LED light constantly flashes once every 3 seconds it is indicating but the battery level is low and requires changing. If there are no lights flashing, then the batteries are completely dead and require changing.

Yes, the high traffic tower comes with an AC/DC adapter simply remove the batteries from the pump mechanism connect the supplied AC/DC adapter and plug into appropriate power supply.

Yes you can Mount the high traffic tower against a wall using the optional Wall Mount Base kit. You will need to remove the freestanding base, attach the optional Wall Mount Base kit to the tower, push the high traffic tower flush up against the wall and fix it to the wall as shown in the instruction manual. Note that the tower still needs to be supported on the ground and can't be mounted elevated in the air due to its weight.

Yes the high traffic tower can be bolted to a concrete floor. You will need to remove the freestanding base and install the high traffic tower to appropriate masonry anchors as shown in the installation instructions.

No the infrared sensors on the high traffic tower are affected by direct sunlight so performance will be hindered in areas that have direct light. Try and locate your High Traffic Tower in an area that is not affected by direct sunlight.

To empty the drip tray simply unlock the high traffic tower open the front door slide out the drip tray separate the top part of the drip tray from the bottom tray empty the contents responsibly wipe clean and reinstall.

The high traffic tower utilises interchangeable magnetic graphic panels. Simply peel away the magnetic graphic by pulling one of the edges and then re-apply your new magnetic graphic to the front and rear faces of the high traffic tower. Replacement graphic panels can be ordered from stay safe or you can download the template here and order your own graphic panels from your preferred supplier.

To clean the unit first turn off the unit to avoid the sanitizer dispensing unnecessarily then wipe down the unit using a soft cloth do not use any solvents or harsh abrasive chemical cleaners just use warm soapy water and wipe down the units dry with a clean soft cloth avoid the build-up of sanitiser liquid on any of the metal or graphic panels as they can dull or corrode the surface wipe down regularly an empty drip tray regularly.
